Rays Notes: James Shields, The Rays' New Addition

In last night’s dominant 8-0 shutout over the Oakland A’s, Rays pitcher James Shields became the first pitcher in team history to strike out 10 or more batters in three consecutive games.

Congratulations to Executive Vice President Andrew Friedman and his wife Robin on the birth of their second son, Zach, yesterday afternoon.
