Look Out for the Rays on "Caught Looking" on NBC Sports Network

Tonight at 9 PM, the Rays will be featured on Caught Looking on NBC Sports Network, a collaboration between NBC and Major League Baseball looking at weekend MLB series. The show will give an in-depth look at the Rays’ 4-game series with the Angels this past weekend (a Rays sweep) featuring the perspectives of players and coaches on both sides. The show will feature profiles of managers Joe Maddon and Mike Scoscia along with Rays star lefty David Price, and they also talked to Evan Longoria. Always nice to get a closer look at the Rays and to see the Rays on national TV.

I hope the show will be good, but here’s the problem: both the Rays and Angels will be playing while the show airs and no real Rays or Angels fans will watch it unless their team is winning or losing by a lot of runs. Maybe it’s worth flipping to during a couple of commercial breaks if you can actually figure out which channel on your TV is NBCSN (I have no idea). Or you could DVR it if you really want. Still cool that the Rays will be featured on this show and hopefully the episode will be online in a day or two so we can actually watch it.
