Rays Notes: Hak-Ju Lee, Evan Longoria

Last night, prsopect Hak-Ju Lee extended his team record of getting on base in his 45th consecutive game for the Montgomery Biscuits. Lee was 0-3 with a walk and a run scored, and is batting .270 on the year.
Updating Evan Longoria’s progress as he continues his rehab assignment, Longoria was 1-3 with a walk and two strikeouts last night for Durham.
Over the last 12 games, Rays pitchers have recorded a 1.70 ERA and 140 strikeouts, helping the Rays to a 7-5 record over that span.
Brooks Conrad was optioned to Durham yesterday. While nothing official has been announced yet, Will Rhymes is expected to be called up in a corresponding move.
