The Tampa Bay Rays will certainly look different next season, but they appear to already have the pieces necessary to put together their Opening Day roster. It will be exciting to see rising players like Nick Franklin, Kevin Kiermaier, and eventually Steven Souza receive more playing time, and we will have to see if they can help the Rays surprise next season.
