W Van Landingham III asks: Have the Rays done anything this offseason to make the team better, for this season or in the future?

In fairness to W Van Landingham III, he asked this question before the Ben Zobrist trade took place. The overarching thing here, though, is to look at every transaction the Rays have made, both individually and as a whole, and see how the Rays’ 2015 and future prognoses differ from where they were at the beginning of the offseason.
