The New Manager

Replacing a legend within an organization is never an easy task, but Kevin Cash is going to try it.  It will be difficult for Cash to mirror Maddon’s success and turn the Rays into one of the best teams in baseball once again. However, we’ve seen several times that the right manager can make a young team with potential into a contender.

Cash will have a lot of talent to work with, and his job will be to maximize it.  He is the youngest manager or head coach in the four major sports at age 37, but that could be perfect because he will be managing a lot of young players. Cash may be inexperienced, but he has the knowledge and communication skills to become a great manager in the American League East.
