Hank “Panda Crusher” Conger

One of the newest Rays players also has one of the coolest nicknames in baseball, even if it is self-proclaimed:

“It’€™s actually self proclaimed,” Conger said. “I was DJing a little bit at my house and I decided just to give myself a name. I think ‘Panda Crusher’ sounds tight.”

He’s committed to the name, he’s managed to let everyone else tag along for the ride, so I say let’s appreciate the creativity and enjoy some Panda Crusher action in 2016!

Hope you enjoyed the list and that a few may be new to your list. If anything, they’re a good review of the best nicknames on the team.
