With Spring Training comes plenty of headlines and notes, here. few from the past week.

The Rays started their 2019 with a loss at the hands of the Philadelphia Phillies. They lost 3-2 bout Pham mashed and Zunino impressed behind the plate. Poche’s much anticipated debut was rather anti-climatic as he couldn’t manage to get through his 1 inning of work.

Both Matt Duffy and Ian Gibaut nursed injuries this week. Tyler Glasnow will start today during the  first televised Rays game of spring. Also, The Rays Colored Podcast is almost here!
