The end of the draft resulted in the Rays missing out on each of their final four selections. Luckily, they did however have a strong beginning, signing each of their draft picks through the 20th round.

Drafted as a third baseman, the Montana State product has made the change to first base during his time with the Bowling Green Hot Rods. It will be interesting to see if he sticks there and rises through the Rays’ ranks at a new position.
