Stock Up: Austin Meadows

With regards to the Austin Meadows comeback player of the year campaign: so far, so good.

In 26 plate appearances this spring, Meadows is absolutely mashing with four homers, seven runs batted in, and an OPS north of 1.000. After having a season largely derailed in 2020 due to a midseason core injury leading to a greatly disappointing playoff run, Meadows is looking to return to the form that made him an All-Star in 2019.

Small sample sizes remain small, but this spring Meadows looks more like himself than he has in over a year and the results show as much.
